I teach meditation in small groups. This creates an intimate and cosy learning atmosphere, because learning is best when it’s fun.
Meditation is a bit like learning an instrument, it needs practice. That’s why we spend most of our time with me guiding meditations, so that you get to experience and learn first hand what it is like to meditate. It’s easier than you think. Doing it regularly is not that easy for most people, it helps to join a course to get started.
Some issues are pressing and it can be beneficial to look at them directly. That could be a a great fear, perhaps of certain things or situations, or a deep anger, sadness or simply thoughts that keep you awake at night. To be able to help you with those problems I have completed educations in NLP, hypnosis and Ego State Therapy.
Why meditation is
good for you
You learn to relax and let go. Stress will be a player in your life as you keep growing, meditation teaches you how to handle it. And when stress can’t stress you anymore…if you were able to enjoy it even? What kind of life could you live?
We tend to put pressure on ourselves through misunderstanding or simply by believing in false expectations. You will learn to recognize those patterns and let go of them. Meditation becomes something you look forward to, a source of joy and power for you and with practice the lessons you learn will integrate and seep into other areas of your life, you learn to trust.
That’s not only my experience but the result of countless studies on meditation. No matter if it’s a headache, sleeping problems, addiction or some other unhealty habit, meditation helps.
How to proceed?
I created the Mind Massage as an entry session for you to get an idea of what I am offering, who I am and how I work. When you are ready and interested in a more thorough course, you can send me a message. There is currently a foundational course and I plan on launching a course on emotions, where you will learn to perceive your emotions more clearly, to understand and accept them and under the right circumstances, let go of them.
There are different styles of meditation, each with their own technique and purpose. In this course I will guide two basic meditations oriented towards body awarenes and mindfulness.

My goal for the foundational course is that you will be able and willing to integrate meditation into your every day life. For that I will introduce you to 3 meditation techniques, so that you can see what works best for you. You are welcome to meditate on your own in between sessions and ask questions at our next meeting.
I recommend choosing a smaller group if you can afford it. The fewer people there are the more I can focus on you and your needs. The course lasts 3 months and consists of 12 practice sessions, each about 2 hours. The prices below are per session.
